Privacy information

Project enquiries

The quote form collects your name, email, project description and any optional contact details, files and project information you choose to provide. Custom Build Studio uses this information to review your request, prepare a quote and communicate about your project.

Form processing

The website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions and uploads are processed through Netlify Forms. Please share only files needed to discuss your project and avoid uploading sensitive personal documents. For large project files, you can provide a download link and control access through your file-sharing service.

Shop orders

Your cart is saved on your device. When you continue to checkout, Shopify processes your contact information, shipping address, payment and order details so your purchase can be completed and fulfilled. Shopify handles payment information on its secure checkout; this website does not receive or store your full card details. Contact the studio to request correction or deletion of information we control, subject to transaction records we must retain.

Personalized product photos

If you order a personalized lithophane lamp, the photograph you provide is stored in private, unlisted Netlify Blob storage and a reference is attached to the Shopify order. Custom Build Studio uses the image only to prepare and produce your order. Do not upload sensitive documents or images you do not have permission to use. Contact the studio to request deletion after fulfillment.

Website analytics

We measure quote starts and clicks on the business phone link as well as successful requests. Campaign tags and advertising click identifiers may be retained in session storage for the current browser tab so a later quote can be attributed to its advertising visit.

The production website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure site visits and quote-request conversions. These services may use cookies and process technical information about your visit. Your form field values and uploaded files are not included in the analytics events sent by this website.
